''I came to Timur when he had previously used my services. After we developed a personal connection, I decided to use his services. That's how our connection was formed! My trip was particularly complex in the shadow of the war and high demand for travel to the USA. Timur, with great dedication, didn't give up and found creative (and inexpensive!) ways for me to reach the United States. He did the check-in for me, ensured I arrived on time everywhere, handled luggage payment, and updated me if there were delays. Timur's specialty is that he's available 24/7! Even in an urgent case on a Friday, he was available at odd hours and took care of me.
